Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Applications Programmer based in Belgium for a remote-first contract. You will work on modernizing enterprise apps using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, build customer portals, and implement AI-powered customer engagement features.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or similar customer-facing apps.
• Full software development lifecycle experience across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and managing multiple user stories in sprint cycles.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, QA, developers, and leadership to refine requirements and design solutions.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to coding standards and best practices.

• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Build and maintain customer portals and related digital applications for accessible, reliable experiences.
• Manage full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
