NH Brussels Airport is seeking a Day & Night Receptionist (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Brussels. You will greet guests at check-in/out and ensure a smooth Front Office experience, supported by Minor Hotels' dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• You give the guest a stunning first impression.
• You welcome the guests with your magnetic personality and give them a breath-taking experience.
• Identify potential up selling opportunities.
• You work as a catalyst, and enjoy communicating with guests and with colleagues from other departments of the hotel.
• You report directly to the Desk Manager or the Front Office team.
