Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will analyze and moderate content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a safe online environment for millions of users.

The position requires native or fluent Dutch, strong English, and excellent analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong command of English for professional communication within the office.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in social media, content moderation, or customer experience is highly advantageous.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and thrive in an international, multicultural work environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and moderate content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation, to maintain a safe digital environment
• Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and enhance trust and safety policies
• Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on established platform protocols
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while managing a high volume of content queues
• Stay updated on emerging trends in social media safety and regional linguistic nuances relevant to the Dutch-speaking market
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss platform policy updates and operational improvements
