Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join its international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on moderating content, enforcing community guidelines, and mitigating risks across major social platforms.

You will work with a multinational group, utilizing your Dutch language skills and analytical abilities to maintain a safe online space. A relocation package, training, and health insurance are provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English for professional communication.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and moderate content on major social media platforms to ensure guideline compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.
• Collaborate with international teams to refine processes and policies.
• Investigate user reports and take actions per platform protocols.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling a high volume of content queues.
• Stay updated on trends in social media safety and Dutch-speaking nuances.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss policy updates.
