• Previous experience in social media, content moderation, or customer experience is highly advantageous.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and thrive in an international, multicultural work environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and enhance trust and safety policies
• Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on established platform protocols
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while managing a high volume of content queues
• Stay updated on emerging trends in social media safety and regional linguistic nuances relevant to the Dutch-speaking market
