Job summary

RDN CONS in Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join an international project in Travel & Hospitality. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers and manage inquiries across channels, delivering a professional and friendly service.

The role is full-time, with relocation support for eligible candidates moving from abroad, and remote work within Greece after the training period. Candidates should be fluent in Dutch with high English, and comfortable with flexible

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
• Experience in customer-facing roles in service, hospitality, retail, tourism or similar.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Availability for flexible shifts.

Responsibilities
