RDN CONS in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support project in the Travel & Hospitality sector. The role welcomes candidates who already live in Greece or who are ready to relocate to Athens.

You will assist Dutch-speaking customers across multiple channels, delivering a professional and friendly service while solving problems and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good English (B2+).
• Previous customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism or a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Good computer literacy.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.

Aufgaben

• You will support Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their enquiries and providing a professional and positive customer experience through different communication channels.
