Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking fluent Dutch speakers to join our international Customer Support team in Greece. No prior customer service experience required; training provided. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, handle account and product inquiries, and contribute to a helpful customer experience.

Relocation to Greece is fully funded; you can work remotely anywhere in Greece. This full-time role offers international collaboration, onboarding, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Clear and friendly communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• No previous customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service-related inquiries.
• Find practical solutions to everyday customer issues.
• Guide customers clearly through options and processes.
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work alongside colleagues in an international environment.
