RDN CONS is seeking Dutch-speaking professionals to join our international Customer Support team in Greece. No prior CX experience is required as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You will help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through options and processes from a fully remote role within Greece. Relocation to Greece is fully funded, and you’ll work in a multilingual environment with colleagues across borders, gaining valuable experience and

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Clear and friendly communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• No previous customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with their questions and requests
• Provide support through phone, email and/or chat
• Help customers with account, product or service-related enquiries
• Find practical solutions to everyday customer issues
• Guide customers clearly through the available options and processes
• Record and manage customer interactions using internal systems
