Next Job Abroad is seeking Customer Support Experts to relocate to Greece and join an international team. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, manage cases to resolution, and uphold high satisfaction levels for a major global brand.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email.
• Track and follow cases to ensure they close efficiently and timely.
