WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other channels in an international, multicultural environment. The role requires relocating to Athens, Greece, or already residing there, and involves working in a multichannel setting with rotating shifts.

You will provide top-quality service, resolve issues, and maintain records in CRM systems while collaborating with English-speaking colleagues.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native Dutch (C1/C2) required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or related roles is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email and other channels.
• Respond to questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools.
• Follow customer service procedures and meet KPIs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Work with an international and multicultural team.
