WW Talents Customer Support Representative role in Porto, Portugal. You will provide professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The position requires fluent Dutch, C1 English, and the ability to work a 24/7 rotational schedule. Compensation includes €1,100 gross per month, paid over 14 salaries, plus a €4,000 welcome bonus and accommodation support.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
