Booking.com Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a relocation opportunity. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, supporting travellers with bookings and account questions.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Dutch, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate (relocation package offered).

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general account-related questions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
