Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience across algorithms, data structures, and architecture.
• Fluent Dutch and ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, OOP, or distributed systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to document findings in a structured, reproducible manner.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate advanced AI model outputs for coding accuracy and engineering quality.
• Assess model reasoning across algorithms, architecture, development, infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Challenge models with technical topics like asynchronous programming and REST APIs.
• Verify Dutch language usage in technical interactions.
• Identify and document reproducible failures with sufficient detail for analysis.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and evaluation methodologies.
• Explain technical reasoning and document the evaluation process.
