Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent for Booking.com in Greece. You will assist Dutch-speaking travelers with reservations, changes and inquiries, acting as the main contact for Booking.com and ensuring exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Dutch and English, hold a valid EU passport, and have experience in hospitality or tourism. The role includes relocation support and a competitive compensation package in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
Advanced proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Experience in customer service, hospitality or tourism is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding reservations and inquiries.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations and special requests with care.
Serve as primary liaison with Booking.com to ensure a smooth traveler experience.
Resolve scheduling issues and offer expert travel advice to boost satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records in the reservation system.
Collaborate with international team members to ensure service excellence.
Identify opportunities to upsell and promote tourism services.
