Experience in a highly regulated environment with complex change management is a plus.● **Soft and technical skills**: Skilled in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contracting. Comfortable with data and digital tools (e.g., Power BI). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
