Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing/Trade Merchandising assistant to support brand image at DIOR counters across Benelux stores. You will align with brand guidelines, campaign launches, and key commercial periods to create standout in-store visibilities and activations.

The role covers merchandising updates and counter activations, working with retail teams, suppliers, and counter managers to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Ideally you are currently studying Marketing/Communications/Business.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge brand planning, campaign launches and assets.
• Prepare visual merchandising briefs for counters (visual and merchandising updates).
• Brief and coordinate suppliers for perfect in-store execution.
• Manage local merchandising productions.
• Follow-up on counter updates and maintenance requests.
• Share updates with retail team / counter managers.
• Assist with KCP trade initiatives for DTC points of sale.
• Keep track of competitive activity and industry trends.
• Maintain internal files and SharePoint.
• Identify and implement efficient processes to improve workflows.
