DEME is a global solutions provider in dredging, environmental and marine engineering. You will be part of the project team and act as the link between the project team and the crew on board our vessels, preparing the operational execution of the works and daily follow-up to optimize vessel performance.

You will report to the project manager and work with captains to ensure operational logistics support, with willingness to travel on rotation and flexibility to work from HQ when needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Civil or Industrial Engineer, preferably in construction or electro-mechanics.
• Interest in marine and hydraulic engineering, alternatively experience in civil construction works.
• Keen interest in budgeting, calculation and/or execution of civil works.
• Communication is on point.
• Willing to travel on rotation; flexible to work from HQ when necessary.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish would be a big plus.

Responsabilités

• You are part of the project team and the link between the project team and the crew on board of our vessels.
• You work with them to prepare the operational execution of the works.
• You follow up on the works on a daily basis and optimize the performance of our vessels.
• You report to the project manager on a daily basis.
• You work with the captains to ensure the operational logistics support for the vessels.
