Netwerk in Belgium is seeking a detail-oriented technical documentation specialist to produce manuals, validation and commissioning documents for pharmaceutical and industrial projects. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Dutch, a customer-focused mindset, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with GMP/GAMP knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of GMP/GAMP is an asset.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Write technical documentation such as manuals and work instructions.
• Prepare documents for commissioning, IQ, OQ, risk analysis, CSV.
• Follow up documentation and validation matters on site and at customer sites.

In this function, you play a key role in delivering high-quality technical documentation for innovative engineering projects. You will create manuals, validation and commissioning documents, and support quality-driven processes in a dynamic pharmaceutical and industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who combines technical expertise with a passion for accuracy and compliance.

Function-information:

• To write the technical documentation e.g. manuals, work instructions, parts list, …
• To compose documents for e.g. commissioning, IQ, OQ, risk analysis, CSV, …
• To follow up the documentation and validation related matters in our production as well as at the customer site.

Function-requirement:

• Technical bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent by experience.
• Customer focus with an accurate and analytical approach.
• You place high value on quality.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry and especially in GMP/GAMP is an asset.
• Knowledge of office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
