Verhaert Onsite Consulting is seeking a Documentation Engineer to support complex technical and validation projects for our industrial and pharmaceutical clients.

You will draft manuals, SOPs, work instructions, IQ/OQ/CSV, and manage end-to-end documentation workflows on-site at customer locations to ensure strict compliance.

Candidates should hold a technical bachelor’s degree with at least two years in technical writing or validation engineering, and be fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years in technical writing or validation engineering.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) for client collaboration.
• Familiarity with GMP and GAMP 5 is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Draft and refine high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and parts lists.
• Prepare and manage documentation for IQ, OQ, risk analyses, CSV, and commissioning protocols.
• Oversee validation and documentation workflows on-site at customer locations to ensure compliance.
