As the Head of Delivery, you will lead the strategic direction and network optimisation across the Belgium market. You will lead a high-performing Logistics team and foster collaboration with global analytics and commercial teams. In this role, you will lead, deliver, and care by enhancing delivery services and maximising volume through data-driven excellence. You will prioritise the needs of our customers, partners, and couriers, ensuring a best-in-class experience across all delivery touchpoints. Lead the execution of delivery services, driving cost optimisation while balancing performance for all partners. Establish standards of operational excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams. Collaborate with partner accounts to drive best practices and support new brand partnership opportunities. Manage key cross-functional projects by working with sponsors to ensure rapid and impactful delivery. Empower team members to excel through continuous coaching, helping one another to succeed every day.
