Just Eat Takeaway.com Belgium is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to drive end-to-end network outcomes across our delivery footprint. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance and optimise costs, while leveraging large data sets to inform swift, effective actions.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and the ability to implement configurations and experiments in partnership with central teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in quantitative fields.
• 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools.
• Ability to use large data sets to draw conclusions and drive action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Willing to work outside regular hours on exception basis.

The

Delivery Operations Manager

is accountable for achieving network KPI & budget targets within the Belgium Market. You will need to influence stakeholders across the business to achieve your desired outcomes, while functional SMEs will support you with global best practices. In addition to the day-to-day operations of the network, you will be asked to propose, analyse and lead experiments to improve outcomes and occasionally support logistics projects. You are someone who can simultaneously understand a broad set of logistics problems while having the ability to gain deep expertise on a number of technical areas. You are able to use large data sets to draw conclusions, while at the same time have a bias for taking action and making swift decisions. End to end accountability for network outcomes such as on time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, courier rejections etc. Budget accountability and responsible for identifying and executing delivery network costs optimisation efforts (e.g. cost per order, onboarding cost) Implementation and administration of the desired configurations on an on-going basis (with support from central teams) Propose and support network experiments in partnership with central analytic and optimisation teams. Crisis management support as needed to support business continuity High-level of comfort using data and analysis tools to derive actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management skills - proven ability to drive results in areas that aren't in your immediate responsibility. Ability to manage up and challenge the status quo. Strong communication skills to influence key (senior) stakeholders Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields such as Business, Engineering, Operations, Technology, Statistics 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools ~ Willing to work outside of regular business hours on an exception basis (e.g. during a crisis)
