Orgalim is seeking an Association Manager/Director General to oversee FMTE in Brussels. The ideal candidate will manage the Secretariat, support the Board, and engage with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include governance, policy development, and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in association management or coalition leadership.
• Experience engaging with EU institutions and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in coordinating member-driven workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of FMTE and oversee activities of the Secretariat.
• Coordinate with the Sherpa Group to deliver on Board priorities.
• Support membership development and member engagement.
