GSK invites applications for a Director, AI/ML MIDD Oncology Clinical Pharmacology, Modeling and Simulation, to lead quantitative pharmacology activities across oncology programs.

The role focuses on delivering CPMS excellence to development projects, informing dosing and trial design, and leveraging AI/ML to advance drug discovery and development. Candidates will operate across Stevenage with planned UK relocation timelines.

Qualifications

• A PhD in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology or Pharmacometrics (or PharmD/Master with 4+ years)
• 5+ years using mechanistic PKPD and longitudinal disease modelling; proficiency in NONMEM or R
• Expertise in AI/ML applications in Clinical Pharmacology and pharmacometrics

Responsabilités

• Define and execute model-based development strategies for oncology projects.
• Plan, conduct and report exposure–response analysis, trial design and dose selection, and population PK modelling.
• Apply innovative methods (drug–disease modelling, longitudinal E-R analysis, PBPK, QSP, AI/ML) to improve data use and trial efficiency.
• Present strategy and defend model-based outcomes to governance boards and regulators.
• Contribute to clinical program design, protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Draft or review clinical pharmacology sections of regulatory documents to enable rapid approvals.
