Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking an entrepreneurial, technically exceptional engineering leader to establish Axelera’s AI Infrastructure Systems division within AIS. You will build the team, shape the roadmap and own end-to-end delivery of board- and system-level products for datacenter AI platforms.

You will collaborate with Embedded AI, Platform Architecture and software teams, review designs, drive validation, and push for mass production readiness while engaging key customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hardware engineering with senior leadership.
• Track record shipping datacenter/server-class hardware to volume.
• Expertise in PCIe/CXL, memory, power delivery and SV/PI.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Infrastructure Systems engineering team.
• Define technical roadmap for board- and system-level products.
• Review schematics, layouts and power/thermal budgets.
• Own end-to-end execution from concept to mass production.
• Lead BMC management, Redfish/IPMI, secure boot, and telemetry.
• Partner with AIS and ODMs to align roadmaps and designs.
• Engage with hyperscalers, sovereign cloud and HPC customers.
