FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for Global Trade Services in Europe. You will drive a Data, Automation & AI-driven transformation, partnering with business leaders, operations, and IT to identify opportunities, shape a digital roadmap, and deliver measurable improvements across the global network.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing complexity and ambiguity, and communicating progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: drive programs that evolve Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Support the development and execution of the GTS digital transformation roadmap.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Connect Business And Technology: work with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Operations Teams, and IT partners.
• Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Support the successful delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement And Communication: partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to build support for transformation initiatives.
• Communicate transformation vision, progress, risks, and achievements.
• Facilitate alignment across functions and geographic regions.
• Enable Organizational Adoption: support change management and adoption activities; develop communication plans; identify barriers and develop strategies.
• Measure transformation success through defined business outcomes and performance indicators.
