FedEx Express Portugal, Unip., Lda seeks a Digital Transformation Lead to accelerate its Data, Automation & AI-driven roadmap across Europe. You will team with business leaders, tech partners, and operations to identify opportunities, drive change, and improve efficiency and customer experience within a global network.

Seeking candidates with strong transformation expertise, excellent communication, and willingness to travel ~25% across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Responsabilités

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive programs supporting the evolution into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Support the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap.
• Challenge processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Connect Business and Technology: Work with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Operations Teams, and IT partners.
• Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Support delivery and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Partner with senior leaders to build support for transformation.
• Communicate vision, progress, risks, and achievements.
• Facilitate alignment across functions and regions.
• Enable Organizational Adoption: Support change management and adoption activities for new technologies.
• Develop communication and engagement plans; identify barriers and overcome them.
• Measure success through defined business outcomes and KPIs.
