Sia, a global management consulting group, seeks an IT/Business Analyst in Belgium to drive digital transformation for clients. You will engage project teams and stakeholders to understand, document, and meet business requirements, and translate BRD into functional specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Master in Civil or Business Engineering, has 1–3 years consulting experience, and demonstrates strong communication, autonomy, and a keen interest in data and AI.

• Support a culture-building activity within the team.
• Break down complex problems and translate BRD to functional specs and traceability matrices.
