  • Maintain content templates and digital asset libraries that support efficient collaboration across the business.
  • Ensure content consistency across our international markets and language versions.

  • Contribute to improving testing processes, coverage, and overall platform quality.
Product & Platform Operations
  • Support Product Owners in managing and refining backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate activities with development agencies, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Help track project progress and maintain project documentation and release notes.
  • Support day-to-day platform operations, including Magento content management and product data maintenance.
  • Manage smaller digital improvements and operational requests from start to finish.
Performance, User Experience & Digital Tools
  • Monitor website and webshop performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Support the creation of wireframes, mock-ups, and user experience improvements.
  • Build and maintain simple pages, templates, and components using our design system and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Implement minor enhancements and fixes.
