Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Antwerp is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to shape and implement a strategy for Marketing Automation and Conversational Marketing within the Power Technique Business Area.
You will report to the Digital Customer Journey Manager and lead a team of experts guiding key marketing initiatives. Define short-, mid- and long-term plans, collaborate with Customer Centers and PT IT, set KPIs, manage the budget, and drive adoption of new capabilities.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Atlas Copco Group, your mission will be to shape and implement a comprehensive strategy for Marketing Automation and Conversational Marketing within the Power Technique Business Area.
Reporting directly to the Digital Customer Journey Manager, your leadership will play a pivotal role in steering our marketing efforts to new heights.
You will define and implement the short-, medium-, and long-term strategy for Marketing Automation and Conversational Marketing, while leading a team of experts and acting as project lead for related initiatives. By collecting feedback from stakeholders and translating it into actionable processes and functionalities, you will ensure our solutions continue to evolve in line with business needs.
Working closely with PT IT, you will collaborate in an Agile way using DevOps boards, setting priorities and ensuring the progress of projects. You will define KPIs and success metrics, manage the budget transparently, and monitor the overall impact of initiatives across the business.
A key part of the role is aligning and collaborating with stakeholders across Customer Centers, Divisional Teams, and PT IT. You will inspire and support business stakeholders with innovative ideas and help drive adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
In addition, you will focus on building and strengthening your team by defining clear roles and responsibilities, creating an environment where people can grow and thrive.
You will work closely with the broader Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to deliver engaging customer experiences and support the continued digital growth of the Power Technique Business Area.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely from home and being
on-site at our Portable Air, Atlas Copco Airpower offices in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
