Schneider Electric Belgium seeks a VIE Methods Engineer to drive a major industrial transformation within a digital Supply Chain roadmap. You will help deploy MES for production management and enable traceability, design manufacturing methods, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with SAP S/4HANA standards.

The role emphasizes international collaboration, process workshops, and hands-on exposure to Lean manufacturing in a global leader.

Qualifications

Master's degree or engineering degree in a relevant field.
Internship or apprenticeship experience in Industrial Methods, Manufacturing or Digitalization.
Strong interest in digital technologies and manufacturing transformation.

Responsabilités

Support deployment of a standard MES solution for production management.
Lead integration of a Quality module within the MES for end-to-end traceability.
Design and optimize methods and production systems balancing efficiency and Lean principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, IT, and PM.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and work instructions.
Participate in design workshops to define To-Be processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards.
