Warwick Hotels and Resorts in Brussels seeks a JuniorWeb Moderator to safeguard content quality across the group's digital channels. You will work with the Marketing team to ensure consistent editorial tone, brand standards and legal compliance on all platforms.

You will collaborate with hotels and internal teams to optimize content structure, translate updates, and monitor AI-driven content for accuracy and discoverability across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in web content management or moderation, ideally in hospitality or multi-site setups.
• Experience with WordPress and web analytics tools (GA, Search Console).
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with editorial/legal guidelines.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and digital environments.
• Analytical, well-organized and able to coordinate across multiple markets.
• Curiosity about generative AI technologies and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.

Responsabilités

• Moderate, review and approve content on the collection's websites before going live.
• Ensure editorial guidelines, brand standards and accessibility across platforms.
• Coordinate translation and localization across markets and languages.
• Monitor AI-generated content for accuracy and improve SEO and user experience.
• Liaise with hotels, internal teams and external partners for content updates.
• Maintain a publishing calendar and prioritize update requests.
