Warwick Hotels and Resorts in Brussels is seeking a Global Web Moderator to safeguard content quality and compliance across the collection’s websites. You will audit, harmonize, and update content, ensuring consistency in descriptions, rooms, amenities, and visuals while coordinating translations.

You’ll optimize content structure for SEO and AI tools, monitor QA, and collaborate with hotels and IT teams to resolve issues. A strong editorial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–3 years in web content management or moderation, ideally within hospitality, travel, or multi-site environment.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Excellent attention to detail, rigor, and a strong sense of editorial and legal compliance.
• Genuine curiosity about generative AI technologies and willingness to continuously learn in a fast-evolving field.

Responsabilités

• Moderate, review and approve content on the collection's hotel websites prior to going live.
• Ensure editorial guidelines, brand standards, legal requirements and accessibility norms are followed across platforms.
• Coordinate translations, localization and updates of content across markets and languages.
• Audit content structure and markup to improve visibility for search engines and AI tools.
• Collaborate with IT, hotel properties and external agencies to fix technical issues and maintain publishing calendars.
• Provide regular reporting on content quality, compliance and performance.
