Warwick Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Global Web Moderator based in Brussels to safeguard digital content quality and compliance across the collection. You will work with the Global Director of Brand & Digital Marketing to maintain consistency across websites, booking engines and partner platforms.

The role focuses on content audits, SEO/AI optimization, and liaising with hotel properties to ensure timely updates while upholding brand standards and accessibility norms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in web content management or moderation, ideally in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and web analytics tools (GA, Search Console).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of editorial and legal compliance.

Responsabilités

• Moderate, review and approve content published on the collection's hotel websites before going live.
• Ensure brand editorial guidelines and accessibility norms are met across platforms.
• Audit content across websites, booking engines, OTAs and partner platforms for consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate translation and localization of content across markets and languages.
• Maintain publishing calendar and prioritize content updates from properties.
