Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Operating Model Consultant to join our hybrid Digital Consulting European team. You will work with senior consultants on live client engagements and presales pursuits, building deep operating model and organisation design expertise alongside broader digital consulting skills.

You will own workstreams, gain increasing responsibility, and contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Operating model fundamentals including experience in operating model and target operating model design.
• Ability to connect value opportunities to capabilities and roadmaps.
• Strong storytelling and client-ready workshop facilitation.
• Commercial awareness with exposure to presales/proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver operating model engagements including current-state assessment and gap analysis.
• Define target operating models, roles, structures and governance for multiple clients.
• Support strategy and business case work by analyzing markets and ambitions.
• Contribute to presales activities and RFP responses with solution content.
• Lead discrete workstreams and manage client relationships with minimal oversight.
• Develop reusable frameworks, case studies and thought leadership.

We are looking for a curious, commercially-minded Operating Model Consultant to join our hybrid Digital Consulting European team. You will work alongside senior consultants on live client engagements and presales pursuits, building deep operating model and organisation design expertise alongside broader digital consulting skills: strategy, value, and process.This is a role for someone who wants to grow quickly: you will contribute from day one, take on increasing ownership of workstreams, and develop into an independent consultant.EPAM Digital Consulting helps senior executives define how their organisations will work in the age of AI: from strategy and operating model through to the systems, data and engineering that bring it to life.
