UCB in Belgium is seeking an IT Compliance Lead to join the Digital Technology team at the Braine l'Alleud office. The role centers on leading validation and compliance across key patient-focused digital technology domains to ensure systems meet regulatory expectations while supporting innovation.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to embed quality and compliance into the full system lifecycle, driving automation and embracing emerging technologies such as AI and cloud-based

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, life sciences, or related field.
• At least 5 years in biopharma with focus on digital technology quality and compliance.
• Experience supporting patient safety or pharmacovigilance systems in regulated environments is desirable.
• Solid experience in computer system validation, audits, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and cloud-based solutions in regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead validation and compliance activities across digital technology systems.
• Define and implement compliance processes and strategies across projects.
• Provide guidance and quality oversight for systems, including audits and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement of validation processes with automation and standardization.
• Support integration of emerging technologies like AI with risk assessment and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into practical compliance solutions.
