UCB in Belgium is seeking a Digital Technology Lab Technology & Operations Specialist to define and manage digital solutions for GLP/GCP environments. The role focuses on lab automation, data management, and compliant IT systems within the QCP area.
You will partner with Research stakeholders and Digital Technology teams to ensure technology solutions enable productivity, compliance, and research innovation. The position supports a hybrid work model with 40% in the office.
We are looking for a Digital Technology Lab Technology & Operations Specialist who is proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative to join our Digital Technology Patient Solutions team, based in our office in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium.
You will play a key role in defining, implementing, and managing technology solutions that support Research & Early Development activities, particularly within Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) environments. Your expertise will ensure that lab automation platforms and scientific IT systems are effectively integrated, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
You will be working in a team that partners closely with Research stakeholders, Digital Technology colleagues, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams. Together, you will ensure that technology solutions enhance productivity, maintain compliance, and support research innovation.
