We’re looking for someone who feels at home at the intersection of business, communication and digital. Someone who can take ahalf-formed idea, ask the right questions, bring people and information together and turn it into something clear, useful and finished.
You’ll work directly with management, as well as with our designers, developers and project managers.
A Digital Business Producer with enough experience to work independently.
Why We Stand Out
A broad, autonomous role combining strategy with hands‑on work in a senior digital product team.
Bits of Love is adigital product studio. We design and build digital products, platforms and services that help people and organisations move forward.
We’re asmall, senior team that works closely together across strategy, UX / UI , technology and product. We like smart thinking, but we care just as much about getting things done.
We’re not big on hierarchy or unnecessary processes. We expect people to take ownership, make decisions and improve the way we work along theway.
For this role in particular, there’s one simple principle:
We give you context. You figure out what matters. Then you make sure something strong comes out ofit.
That could be acase study, abetter sales presentation, insights from customer interviews, aworkshop, asmall webproject or simply aprocess that finally works better.
Your role moves across three main areas. The balance between them will change over time: some weeks you’ll focus more on communication, others on aclient project, asales opportunity or an internal initiative.
You help make our communication more consistent—and make sure good ideas don’t remain ideas.
Your responsibilities include:
You help us organise, improve and reuse the knowledge and material behind our commercial work.
You will:
You’re not atraditional salesperson, and you won’t have an individual salesquota.
Every client and project is different, so proposals and pitches will always involve judgement and collaboration with management. Your job is to bring structure, speed, quality and consistency to that process.
You’ll also work directly on digital projects.
You can independently organise and drive smaller, well‑defined initiatives ‚ for example awebsite for asmaller client. We won’t expect you to take on complex software projects by yourself from dayone.
You will:
You don’t need to be adata scientist. We’ll develop the more technical tools and methods together.
You should, however, be very comfortable using AI as an everyday working tool, for research, writing, structuring and analysis, and be curious about building simple agents, automations and workflows yourself.
Not everything important fits neatly into marketing, sales or aclient project.
Sometimes acontract needs preparing, afunding application needs finishing or astrategic document needs to get out of someone’s head and into ausable format.
When something important risks getting stuck, you help create momentum.
That doesn’t mean taking over everyone else’s work. It means gathering the right information, bringing structure, involving the right people and getting the output across the finish line.
The exact number of years of experience matters less to us than what you’ve learned along theway.
This is not ajunior role where every next step will be defined for you. At the same time, we’re not looking for someone who only wants to operate within one narrow specialism.
You’ll probably recognise yourself inthis:
Most importantly, this role should have visible impact.
After afew months, our communication should happen more consistently, strong cases should no longer remain unfinished, our sales material should be easier to reuse, proposals and pitches should move faster, smaller digital initiatives should progress independently and fewer operational tasks should get stuck with management.
Not because you introduced heavy systems or processes.
Because you made things work better.
