In4Matic is seeking a Senior DevOps / Azure Engineer to join its technology team in Belgium. You will own deployment, CI/CD, and release processes, while shaping scalable Azure environments and modern engineering practices.

You will collaborate with development teams to streamline delivery, ensure security and compliance, and continuously improve automation. The role emphasizes IaC, Azure architecture, and ALM, with hands-on work across .NET and React microservices.

Qualifications

• Solid background in development and cloud infrastructure for a DevOps environment.

We're looking for a Senior DevOps / Azure Engineer to join our client's technology team and help build, maintain, and continuously improve a stable, secure, and scalable IT environment. You'll work at the intersection of development, infrastructure, deployment, and release management, collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders to streamline delivery processes and introduce modern engineering practices.

Role & Responsibilities

You'll take ownership of deployment, infrastructure, CI/CD, and release processes while contributing to the evolution of the underlying technology landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective infrastructure and deployment solutions.
• Advise stakeholders and development teams on Azure architecture, deployment strategies, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Design and implement scalable Azure environments and integrate new solutions into existing systems.
• Set up, manage, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using technologies such as Terraform and PowerShell.
• Manage Azure environments, deployments, configurations, and supporting infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, test, and secure infrastructure and software environments, ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment, application, and network-related issues and coordinate with external partners when required.
• Contribute to .NET development in a supporting capacity and collaborate closely with development teams.
• Improve deployment flows, automation, CI/CD processes, and ALM practices through the introduction of appropriate standards and best practices.
• Contribute to technology renewal and optimization initiatives and advise on improvements aligned with current and future business needs.
• Document infrastructure, pipelines, deployment processes, and technical standards.
• Share knowledge with internal teams and external partners and help standardize ways of working.

Technical Profile

We're looking for someone with a solid background in development and cloud infrastructure who can operate comfortably in a DevOps-oriented environment. You have practical experience with:

• .NET, React, and microservices architectures
• Azure and Azure DevOps
• CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Terraform and PowerShell
• Git
• Agile ways of working
• Application and API security principles
• Unit and integration testing
• Service Fabric
• Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is considered a plus. You are able to understand complex environments, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and translate technical challenges into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
