Job summary

Community Consulting is seeking a senior .NET developer (backend and Azure) to join client projects in Brussels. You will design, implement and maintain robust .NET/.NET Core applications and cloud solutions on Azure, with emphasis on tests and clean code.

This role requires regular presence at the client site when needed. The ideal candidate has extensive .NET, Web API and Azure experience, plus strong unit testing across multiple projects and fluent Dutch or French plus English at high levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• 3+ years of .NET Core Web API development.
• 3+ years of Azure Cloud development experience.
• Demonstrable unit testing experience across at least 3 projects.
• Demonstrable experience applying Clean Code, Clean Architecture and SOLID principles across at least 3 projects.
• Fluent Dutch or French at minimum C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Fluent English at minimum C1 level, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work from the client office up to five days per week.

Context

The contractor will join a professional software development environment requiring strong expertise in .NET development, .NET Core Web APIs and Azure Cloud development. The assignment requires a senior developer capable of delivering maintainable and well-tested solutions while applying Clean Code, Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. The contractor must also be willing to work from the client’s office up to five days per week depending on operational requirements.
