Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an Account Manager Medical Devices for East Flanders & Antwerp to manage existing accounts and grow new business with dental professionals across hospitals, practices and labs.

You will drive sales of implants, prosthetics and digital workflows, educate customers on clinical benefits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service and delivery; Dutch and English language requirements apply, with a strong emphasis on KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience as Account Manager in the Pharma or Medtech industry.
• Experience in both direct and indirect sales, with strong farming and hunting skills.
• Interest or experience in dental products.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, KPI-driven, and accurate with CRM updates.
• Autonomous, disciplined, results-oriented with collaborative spirit.
• Dutch native and fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow existing accounts (≈65% farming) and acquire new customers (≈35% hunting).
• Drive sales of dental implants, prosthetics and digital solutions in East Flanders & Antwerp, focusing on hospitals, dental practices and labs.
• Understand customer needs and provide complete patient pathways from data capture to final prosthetic delivery.
• Educate dental professionals on product benefits, usage and digital workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
• Organize workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and participate in trade shows.
