Straumann Group in Oost-Vlaanderen is seeking an Account Manager focused on dental implant workflows. You will drive sales, service existing customers, and introduce new clients across hospitals, dental practices, labs and clinics while leveraging digital workflows to support patient journeys.

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver products and services, educate professionals on applications, and build long-term relationships to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Field sales/account management experience.
• Dental Practice or digital dentistry background is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Digitally enabled with strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Dutch (native) and English language skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and maintain relationships with current customers and prospects.
• Guide clients through complete workflow from acceptance to prosthetic delivery.
• Educate dental professionals on benefits of dental implants and digital workflows.
• Build long-term relationships with clinics and labs; seek new business.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and marketing teams to deliver services.
• Plan and present written proposals/quotations; resolve problems and complaints.
• Utilize CRM and prospecting tools to manage customer interactions.
• Meet quotas and report customer needs and market insights.
