Stanhope Hotel Brussels by Thon Hotels is seeking a Demi-Chef de Rang to join our dynamic team. You will assist in delivering flawless service in our luxury restaurant and hotel outlets, guiding guests through menus and beverages, and supervising a team.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, flexibility with schedules, and a passion for food and drinks. English and French communication is valued; early mornings and late shifts are common in our Brussels location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in hospitality.
• Customer-oriented guest service approach.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and outlets.
• Genuine passion for food and beverages and sharing this with guests.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive service in the restaurant, bar, and room service.
• Engage and guide guests through menus and wine/drink selections.
• Supervise and support the service team to ensure high standards.
• Maintain smooth operations across F&B outlets and events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and suggest improvements to the department head.
