Job summary

JD.COM Belgium is seeking a logistics-minded supervisor assistant to support daily operations at the delivery station. You will help manage a team of associates and drivers, allocate tasks, monitor progress and ensure on-time dispatch.

You will train new staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with transport and customer service teams. 2+ years in logistics helps you hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
