JD.com’s Young (JDY) Internship Program offers hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities over 3–6 months, with experienced teams guiding your growth from day one. You’ll work across a global network, learn through meaningful assignments, and develop fundamental skills in logistics and data-driven operations.

You’ll join a fast-paced, physically active environment where priorities shift quickly, with English as the primary language and additional language skills as a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027.
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English are essential; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a plus for coordination.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of the delivery station.
• Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
• Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.

About Your Program

What You Will Do

• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data‑driven process improvements.
• Team Communication: Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand‑ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real‑time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.

About You

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027 No extensive work experience required, but a strong "can‑do" attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and physical environment where priorities change quickly. Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English (knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a major plus for coordination).
