You’ll join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, a 3–6 month, hands‑on experience designed for early‑career talent. You’ll work on real projects, learn from experienced teams, and build core skills while contributing to global operations at JD.com.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science with graduation in 2026/2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation in 2026/2027.
• Strong can-do attitude, proactivity and willingness to take responsibility.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a plus for coordination.

Responsabilités

• Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily delivery operations.
• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily station KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Team Communication: Conduct daily stand-ups and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Cross‑Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
