Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager for the Belgium market. You will own network outcomes, manage budgets, and drive optimization initiatives while influencing stakeholders across the business.

You’ll work with central teams and regional partners to implement configurations and run experiments. You will combine data-driven analysis with pragmatic decision-making, maintaining a proactive and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment to improve courier reliability

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools.
• Experience in a budget-ownership role and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• End to end accountability for network outcomes (on time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, courier rejections).
• Budget accountability and identifying delivery network cost optimisation efforts (e.g. cost per order, onboarding cost).
• Configure and manage operational configurations across courier fees, incentives, utilisation, assignment logic, cost functions.
• Evaluate changes with analytical and pragmatic lens and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Leverage analytical tools to identify network trends and share recommendations.
• Propose and support network experiments and assess outcomes.
• Ad hoc project support for playbooks, new zone launches, zone throttling, and city-level initiatives.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities via root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with global/local stakeholders to align priorities and share best practices.
• Crisis management support as needed.
