Accenture Belgium seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital and technology programs. You will own plans, manage risks, and coordinate with architects, developers and business leads to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, fluency in English and Dutch or French, and a Master’s degree. You will drive agile, hybrid or waterfall methods and foster continuous improvement in a dynamic client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience contributing to digital, customer or technology-driven transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of digital, customer or technology-driven projects.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall or hybrid).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and workstreams.
• Familiarity with AI or emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Agile delivery of digital and technology projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are managed proactively.
• Act as the central connector between business stakeholders, functional experts and IT teams, keeping everyone aligned and unblocked.
• Champion structured ways of working with an eye for continuous improvement and interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Communicate with confidence across all levels of the organisation, from team coordination to executive reporting.
• You take ownership of delivery, managing plans, risks, resources and stakeholder expectations across the full project lifecycle.
• You bring clarity to complex situations, translating moving parts into structured workstreams with clear accountability.
• You facilitate decision-making, elevate blockers early and keep the broader programme on track.
• You stay curious about emerging trends such as AI and agentic AI, and contribute to improving delivery practices.
