Moonland is a digital consultancy seeking a Delivery Consultant (Airtable) to join its team and work full time with a leading global education client. You will embed within the client’s technology team, translating complex requirements into Airtable-based solutions and guiding projects from discovery to adoption.

You’ll collaborate with Moonland colleagues, receive coaching, and gain architectural exposure while growing consulting and technical expertise in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, project delivery, operations, or digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management discipline with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent professional communication in English.
• Fluent professional communication in Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Work as an embedded consultant within the client’s global technology team.

• Capture, challenge, and structure business requirements.
• Design and build Airtable solutions that support operational processes across multiple countries.
• Create scalable data models, interfaces, automations, and workflows.

• Deliver user training and support change management initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Moonland’s senior consultants on solution design and architecture.

Role Overview

Moonland is looking for a Delivery Consultant (Airtable) to join our growing team and work full time with one of our international clients, a leading global education group operating more than 100 premium schools across six continents.

You’ll become an embedded member of the client’s global technology team, helping design, build, and deliver business critical digital solutions that support operations across an international network of schools.

This is a hands on consulting role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business. You’ll facilitate workshops, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, build applications in Airtable, and guide projects from discovery through implementation and adoption.

While you’ll work exclusively with this client, you’ll remain part of the Moonland team. You’ll receive technical guidance, coaching, and architectural support from experienced colleagues while continuing to grow your consulting and technical expertise.

This is a full time position based primarily from our offices in Ghent and/or Brussels. You’ll collaborate daily with international teams and travel regularly to London.

Must have

• You currently reside in Belgium.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, project delivery, operations, or digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong project management discipline with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• A structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Fluent professional communication in English.
• Fluent professional communication in Dutch or French.
  

Technical profile

We’re open to different backgrounds, but we’re looking for one of the following profiles:

Business / Delivery Consultant

• Strong hands on Airtable experience, including data modelling, interfaces, automations, and solution design.
• Comfortable building production ready Airtable solutions independently.

Software Engineer / Technical Consultant

• Some Airtable experience or a strong interest in becoming an Airtable expert.
• Comfortable combining software engineering skills with direct client interaction and solution delivery.
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable Enterprise.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM or ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make or Zapier.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience working with international organizations or distributed teams.
• Experience with user training, onboarding, or change management.
