Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electromechanics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent by relevant experience.
• Several years in a technical maintenance role in an industrial setting is a strong plus.
• Broad technical knowledge in electricity, instrumentation, automation and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automated installations.
• Analyze technical faults and implement durable solutions.
• Carry out Root Cause Analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to technical improvement and investment projects.
• Own a set of installations and serve as technical expert for reliability, safety and performance.

Als Polyvalent Technieker maak je deel uit van het onderhoudsteam van de Chemical Development Pilot Plant (CDPP). Hier worden nieuwe actieve farmaceutische bestanddelen ontwikkeld en opgeschaald richting commerciële productie. Jouw expertise draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve geneesmiddelen die wereldwijd het verschil maken voor patiënten.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Polyvalent Technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de betrouwbaarheid en de continue verbetering van productie-installaties binnen onze pilootplant.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

• Uitvoeren van preventief, predictief en correctief onderhoud aan mechanische, elektrische en geautomatiseerde installaties.
• Analyseren van technische storingen en implementeren van duurzame oplossingen.
• Uitvoeren van Root Cause Analyses (RCA) en identificeren van verbeteropportuniteiten.
• Actief bijdragen aan technische verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten.
• Eigenaarschap opnemen over een specifieke groep installaties en optreden als technisch expert voor betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en prestaties.
• Samenwerken met productie, engineering en externe partners om installaties optimaal beschikbaar te houden.
• Verzorgen van de nodige technische administratie, waaronder werkvergunningen, risicoanalyses en rapportering in SAP.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Automatisatie, Meet- en Regeltechnieken of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
• Enkele jaren ervaring in een technische onderhoudsfunctie binnen een industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
• Brede technische kennis en interesse van elektriciteit, instrumentatie en automatisatie en mechanica.
• Een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een analytische mindset.
• Zin voor initiatief en de ambitie om installaties continu te verbeteren.
• Een gestructureerde en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke teamspirit.
